Braille Literacy Project

The Braille Literacy project aims to build strong reading and comprehension skills in blind children at a young age.

With our assistance Louise Johnson, a retired teacher for the blind, has printed and disseminated teaching manuals (Kester Braille) nationwide to the blind community. School districts, parents, and mentors have used the teaching manuals across the country to teach Braille to blind children.

Recently we purchased a new Juliet printer and software in order to continue producing lesson books.  Our goal is to expand the program to include another series of lesson books.
